​​​​The Costco that anchors the retail center bought by LaSalle.HOUSTON – The Greenway Commons retail center, which is anchored by a Costco Wholesale Corp. store, has changed hands.

The property, at 3830 Richmond Ave. near Greenway Plaza, is fully leased, and its tenants include LA Fitness, Memorial Hermann, Iberiabank, Buffalo Wild Wings and Panda Express, per the Houston Chronicle

​​LaSalle paid $84 million, or $326 per sf, for the 257,625-sf property, per Commercial RealEstate Direct, an industry publication.​​

LaSalle Investment Management’s LaSalle Property Fund bought the property from Ohio-based DDR Corp. and New York-based Blackstone Group.
