AUSTIN – Austin-based online job search firm Indeed will lease all the space in a new office building at the Domain in North Austin when the 11-story tower opens late 2018.
Domain Tower is being built at the entrance to the Domain, the large mixed-use development off MoPac Blvd. (Loop 1) in North Austin.
The tower is being developed by HPI Real Estate Services & Investments and Stonelake Capital Partners.
The 310,000-sf building is due to be completed summer 2018 and Indeed is expected to move in late 2018.
The tower is the first phase of a 31-acre mixed-use development that Stonelake plans at the site.
Plans call for 5 million sf of office, multifamily and retail space over the next decade.
