DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Within North Texas’ tightening retail market, strong net absorption, and heavily preleased deliveries caused occupancy to measure an all-time high, according to CBRE’s fourth quarter 2017 retail report.
Multiple construction projects across North Texas have been sidelined as labor and borrowing costs remain elevated.
Three major local developments celebrated their grand openings during 4Q 2017, accounting for 702,000 sf of delivery and absorption in the Metroplex.
