​​​Galleria Office Tower I, a 493,456-square-foot office building at 2700 Post Oak Blvd. in the Galleria, is 85 percent leased. The recently renovated building is owned by Azrieli Group and Unilev Capital Corp. and managed by Unilev Management Corp.​HOUSTON – Galleria Office Tower I, a 493,456-sf office building at 2700 Post Oak Blvd. in the Galleria, is now 85 percent leased. 

BKD and Lucas Associates have leased offices totaling nearly 44,000 sf in the renovated Galleria Office Tower I.

BKD, a CPA firm, leased 29,690 sf. 

Lucas Associates, an executive recruiting firm, leased 14,174 sf. 

The recently renovated building is owned by Azrieli Group and Unilev Capital Corp. and managed by Unilev Management Corp.

It is the largest of three office towers in the Galleria, including Galleria Office Tower II and the Galleria Financial Center.
