The Mortgage giant is moving about 1,000 workers in its Dallas-Fort Worth regional operation into a ten-story, 330,000-sf building that developer Granite Properties just finished.

Fannie Mae rented the space two years ago.

The company is downsizing its local operations from 450,000 sf.

Fannie Mae’s new tower is the seventh office building in the 90-acre Granite Park project.
