Briggs Ranch apartments on par for course

​​​​SAN ANTONIO – Falcon Group will break ground first quarter 2018 on a 312-unit garden-style apartment complex at the master-planned Briggs Ranch community .

Called Asten Briggs Ranch, the 15-acre development will be off SH 211 next to the Golf Club of Texas. 

The apartments will range from one-bedroom, 736-sf units to three-bedroom, 1,411-sf units. 

The community will include 14 separate three-story apartment buildings along with a club house, fitness center, bicycle storage area, business center, gaming tables, resident lounge and a chef kitchen.

A 3,800-sf retail building is also being planned adjacent to the club house. 

The developer plans to complete the community in mid-2019.​
