Kirby Collection adds first tenants
HOUSTON – The Kirby Collection, a mixed-use development at 3200 Kirby Dr., announced its first office tenants in Upper Kirby.
Hancock Whitney Bank leased about 23,775 sf, which includes the entire 11th floor and ground-floor retail banking space.
Novum Energy Trading leased about 9,000 sf on the tenth floor, where it will move its global headquarters.
Lastly, shopping center developer and owner Regency Centers has leased 4,000 sf on the ninth floor.
The new tenants are expected to move into the 13-story tower, which boasts 186,000 sf of Class A office space, in second quarter 2018.
The office tower is only one of three components of the $125 million Kirby Collection.
It also houses a 385,000-sf residential tower and two levels of retail space totaling 65,000 sf.
