Mustang Station saddles up for Phase II

​​FARMERS BRANCH – Construction has started on Phase II of Mustang Station Apartments.

Construction of the four-story, 186-unit apartment complex, located at 2501 Bill Moses Pkwy., is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

The 177,106-sf project will consist of one- two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 588 to 1,400 sf.

Phase II will include the construction of a five-level garage that will contain 263 parking spaces.

Mustang Station sits next to the area’s DART Light Rail Station, which provides residents with access to public transportation throughout Dallas.
