HOUSTON – Lowe’s has inked a lease for the industrial space it will occupy through a third-party logistics provider to address demand for construction supplies following Hurricane Harvey.
Lowe’s signed a contract with New Jersey-based NFI, a supply chain provider that works with Fortune 500 companies.
NFI will occupy all of a 244,550-sf building in North Houston Logistics Center at 121 Esplanade Blvd., Cushman and Wakefield’s Beau Kaleel said.
The North Houston Logistics Center Building E, located near the south corner of Beltway 8 and I-45, is just minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport.
