IRVING – Gartner has signed a lease with Piedmont Office Realty Trust to fully occupy a 152,086-sf office building at 6011 Connection Dr.
The Stamford, Conn.-based company will occupy the six-story property through 2034.
Completed in 1999, the Class A building is within the Las Colinas Connection office park.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Gartner. Peloton Commercial Real Estate and Piedmont represented the owner.
