SAN ANTONIO – Electra America has purchased the 366-unit Firewheel Apartments from HPI Residential.
Built in 2014, the community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans at 6155 Eckhert Rd.
Electra America’s management affiliate, Robbins Electra, will manage the property. The buyer will invest $1 million for improvements.
Berkadia arranged financing on behalf of the new owner.
