HOUSTON – Lowe’s has signed a lease for space it will occupy through a third-party logistics provider.
New Jersey-based NFI will occupy 244,550 sf in the North Houston Logistics Center at 121 Esplanade Blvd. NFI and Lowe’s will address demand for construction supplies following Hurricane Harvey.
Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant and the landlord, IDI Gazeley.
