JV building student housing for UT Arlington

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ARLINGTON –​ Fountain Residential Partners LLC and HC2​​ Capital LLC are developing their first student-​​​housing community near the University of Texas at Arlington. ​​

The 298-unit luxury community, called 8FOUR8 Mitchell, will​ house 687 students near W. Mitchell and S. Cooper streets​. ​It will offer one- to five-bedroom floor plans. ​

​Construction recently got underway on the 5.1-acre site​​. It should​​​ finish in time for the fall 2019 school year. ​​

Stuart Roosth Architects is the project architect, and​ MW Builders is the general contractor.
