​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Take a quick look at recent real estate deals in North Texas.​

Sales:
  • Dallas: The Preston Valley Shopping Center, a high-profile, 89,919-sf retail development near the intersection of LBJ Fwy. and Preston Rd., has sold.
  • Dallas: The former Cabana Hotel was officially acquired by Centurion American Development Group, which plans on redeveloping the ten-story, 357-room lodging at 899 Stemmons Fwy.
  • Frisco: The Shops at Stonebriar, a 183,000-sf shopping center on the southwest corner of Preston Rd. and Gaylord Pkwy., has been purchased by JAH Realty LP.
Leases:
  • Dallas: Southwest Media Group has decided to move its Dallas headquarters to the 40th floor of Comerica Bank Tower at 1717 Main St. from its corporate office along Ross Ave.
  • Garland: Italy-based manufacturing firm Zobele Group is opening a new facility with its lease totaling 164,419 sf of industrial space at 3502 Regency Crest Dr.
  • Irving: Technology research firm Gartner Inc. has signed a lease through 2034 for the six-story, 152,086-sf office building at 6011 Connection Dr.
