An architects rendering of one of the warehouses to built.​SAN ANTONIO – Houston-based Bearden Investments will soon break ground on two new warehouses off Richland Hills Dr. near the intersection of I-410 and SH 151.

Located at 515 Richland Hills Dr., the first warehouse will be 25,240 sf while the second will be 32,352 sf.

Cost of construction is estimated at $3.5 million, according to TDLR​.

The properties will feature grade level doors and a shared dock.

Construction will take about a year once permitting on the project is complete.

In third quarter 2017, the Northwest industrial submarket boasted the second lowest amount of rentable Class A space in San Antonio, according to CBRE​.
