​​​​​​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – A strong economy continues to propel DFW’s industrial market, according to Colliers’ DFW ​​Third Quarter 2017 Research and Forecast.

Consumers’ demand for faster delivery has caused businesses to seek efficiencies throughout their supply chain.

Amazon signed the two largest deals this quarter at 920,000 sf and 604,000 sf.

Net absorption was 4.4 million sf, slightly slower than 2Q 2017, but stronger than 1Q 2017.​DFW industrial sub-markets data 3Q 2017
