AUSTIN – Wood Partners has announced the groundbreaking of their new development, Alta Tech Ridge.
The 230-unit community will be located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Parmer Ln. and Dessau Rd.
Alta at Tech Ridge is well-positioned to benefit from the high concentration of both national and international employers.
As of 2016, the area within a three-mile radius of the property boasts close to 50,000 daytime employees, and the population is expected to continue to increase.
Alta at Tech Ridge will provide state-of-the-art amenities.
The project will begin pre-leasing spring 2018 and is estimated to open summer 2018.
