HOUSTON – Australia-based Caydon broke ground on its first U.S. project, The Midtown, a 27-story, apartment tower at 2850 Fannin St in Houston’s Midtown.
The $200 million residential tower—expected to be completed mid-2019—will be the first high-rise property in Midtown.
The Midtown will have 357 units, featuring a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes and features.
There also will be 12,000 sf of leasable retail space for shops and restaurants along Main and Drew Streets, as well as a 482-car parking garage.
