HOUSTON – Turner Multifamily Impact Fund has purchased Bridges of Cypress Creek, a 314-unit garden-style apartment complex located at 17710 Red Oak Dr. near FM 1960 and I-45.
Built in 1980, Bridges of Cypress Creek consists of 25 two-story apartment buildings and features a clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis court.

The fund, managed by Los Angeles-based Turner Impact Capital, announced the purchase of nearly 1,300 units across four properties.
