ROUND ROCK – A $200 million mixed-use development is slated for the busy intersection of SH 45 and I-35 in Round Rock.
Round Rock is considering offering incentives for the master-planned project, which would include at least 1 million sf of commercial and residential development.
Construction is expected to begin within the next year on the development named The District.
