LONGVIEW – A hotel developer has received the green light to build a four-story, 80-room Tru by Hilton hotel at 3037 N. Eastman Rd.
The hotel will encompass 40,800 sf.
The project has a construction value of $3.5 million, according to information filed with Longview Development Services.
Tru by Hilton offers smaller, more efficiently designed rooms, semi-private alcoves for desk space in the lobby, a 24/7 market, and a fitness center.
The project is expected to break ground by the end of 2017 and be ready to open Tru by Hilton a year from now.
