FORT WORTH – An AC Hotel is set to be built in downtown, located near Fifth St. and Main St.
Previous plans had the hotel set at 15 stores with 218 rooms, but new plans have increased the floor count to 16 with a suite that has 270-degree views of downtown.
Construction is set to begin in first quarter 2018 with about 18 months before the project is completed.
The project has been approved by the Downtown Design Review Board.
