Idea: 5,000-sf penthouse to 9th Avenue Tower
AMARILLO – On the drawing board for Amarillo right now is a condominium complex just north of the Medical Center Park.
The 9th Avenue Tower project is expected to cost $40 million to $50 million.
Current designs call for 199 units ranging from one-bedroom homes to 5,000-sf penthouse suites on the top two floors of the 14-story building.
The 9th Avenue Tower would feature gated community security, private balconies, a five-story parking garage, a pool above the garage, a fitness center overlooking the pool, a dog park and an exercise trail.
