SUGAR LAND – Velocis has acquired Two Sugar Creek Center, a 143,410-sf office building located at 77 Sugar Creek Center Blvd.
The six-story building is located one block from Dairy Ashford Rd. and within one mile of the I-69/US 90 interchange.
The Class A office is currently 84.7 percent leased to a tenant roster that includes Quest Offshore, Wells Fargo and Raymond James Financial.
