HOUSTON – A Houston-based investment group purchased a 136,325-sf office building at 2525 North Loop West on Loop 610.
The 2525 North Loop West building is a Class B property near T.C. Jester Blvd.
Capital improvements are in the works in order to attract medical-office tenants to the 4.5-acre property in the Pinehollow Office Park and add retail space to the adjacent pad sites.
Houston’s office market has seen a marked increase in investment activity this year, according to JLL.
One prevailing investment narrative is that Houston office buildings are priced near the bottom and there is only a small risk that values will suffer additional declines.
