An aerial rendering of Port 10 Logistics Center, a 3 million SF project near the Port of Houston, which is under development.BAYTOWN – Houston-based Pontikes Development is set to break ground on Port 10 Logistics Center—a rail-served industrial development with 3 million sf of warehouse and distribution space on I-10, near the Houston Ship Channel.

The 246-acre development will be located at the southeast corner of Thompson Road and I-10.

The first phase of the project—which includes a 485,000-sf building and a 295,000-sf building—will be completed in third quarter 2018.

Upon completion, the logistics center will encompass 3 million sf, 2 million of which will be directly rail-served.​
