Velocis acquires Two Sugar Creek Center

​​​​SUGAR LAND ​– ​​​Velocis has purchased a ​​​​​143,410-sf Class A office building from TA Realty. 

Two Sugar Creek Center sits on just over 7.5 acres​ at 77 Sugar Creek Center Blvd. Completed in 1999, the six-story property is 84.7 percent leased. 

The deal also includes a two-level, 240-space parking structure and an additional 1.5 developable acres​.
