DALLAS METRO – Dallas News Real Estate Editor, Steve Brown, has compiled a list of the most notable sales and leases of the week of October 23, 2017.

Sales:
- Plano: Kennington Property Co. has purchased Jupiter Service Center, a four-building office and industrial complex with 126,485 sf.
- Allen: DX Corp. of Alaska purchased the Raintree Exchange Building located at 1125 Raintree Circle. The 36,000-sf, two-story medical office building is located in the Twin Creeks Medical District.
- Frisco: Frisco Market Center, a 20,823-sf retail center located near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Main St., has sold to Antegrade Holdings.
- Dallas: Investor TDI GP LLC purchased Tollway Towers East, a 20,354-sf, two-story office building at 15,441 Knoll Trail Dr.
Leases:
- Irving: Caris Life Sciences leased 27,188 sf of office space for its corporate headquarters at 750 W. John Carpenter Fwy.
