CONROE – The Montgomery County Commissioners Court approved a seven-year tax abatement for one of the country’s largest freight companies to build a new $18.1 million distribution center in the Conroe Park North Industrial Park.
A new FedEx facility will span just over 78,000 sf on a 45-acre site.
The new facility will create 96 new full-time jobs and 35 new part-time jobs with an annual payroll of about $6 million.
Construction on the facility is expected to be complete by December 2018.
