IRVING – Bridge Investment Group LLC has purchased Tower 1320, a 243,109-sf Class A office tower in Las Colinas.
Built in 1981, the ten-story tower at 1320 Greenway Dr. features an adjacent two-story parking deck with 1,045 spaces.
CBRE represented the seller, Arden Group. Peloton Commercial Real Estate will market and lease the property.
