DALLAS – A Dallas-based real estate development firm plans to begin a multimillion-dollar upgrade to a shopping center along Maple Ave. near Dallas Love Field, which will bolster its reach in the evolving Medical District neighborhood.
Construction on the two-story redevelopment at 2515-2555 Inwood Rd. is slated to get underway in late November.
With the upgrade, Vista Property plans to rename the shopping center Maple Walk to emphasize the new pedestrian-friendly redesign of the retail property.
Plans for the upgrades include redoing the existing facade with open-air staircases, a glass-enclosed elevator and an open breezeway leading to the rear parking lot.
