Developers poised to start on Heritage Creekside campus
PLANO – Rosewood Property Co. and Patrinely Group will soon break ground on the initial phase of a 2.5 million-sf mixed-use campus within the Heritage Creekside development.
The development will include Class A office space, retail, luxury apartments, hotels, and single-family homes. A 12-story, 343,800-sf office tower called One Heritage Creekside will sit along President George Bush Turnpike.
One Heritage Creekside, which could deliver as early as fourth quarter 2019, requires a tenant commitment before construction. It will be the first of four buildings in a quad. An additional fifth tower is being presented to Seattle-based Amazon as part of a larger proposal for its new headquarters.
JLL will handle office leasing and marketing.
