HOUSTON – Houston-based Members Choice Credit Union new headquarters in west Houston is expected to be complete Oct. 31, 2017.
Estimated cost of construction only on the four-story, 80,000-sf building is $11 million, according to TDLR.
Employees will move in at the end of November 2017 after IT infrastructure and furniture is installed.
The retail branch will open Dec. 5, 2017.
The credit union is consolidating three locations into the new headquarters, which will house 85 employees.
Located at Barker Cypress and I-10, the facility is meant to bring Members Choice’s administrative and corporate operations to one place.
Members Choice will lease out 32,000 sf of Class A office space and will offer two community rooms for group meetings.
