TransCanada Corp now occupies nearly 260,000 sf in the tower, and the space serves as the headquarters of its U.S. pipeline operations.
TransCanada added 22,000 sf in the building in summer 2017.
Meanwhile, Bank of America Center is set to lose its namesake tenant.​
The building—which will be renamed—has recently added a new elevator system, new digital air conditioning controls, and other enhancements.
