ga-zillion reasons to love IKEA

​​​​​​​​​GRAND PRAIRIE – IKEA has set the opening date of its newest DFW store for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017.

Customers can begin lining-up at the store on Monday, December 11, 2017—48 hours in advance of the doors’ opening on December 13—and soon can learn of more grand opening plans and promotions at IKEA-USA.com/Grand Prairie​.

The 290,000-sf structure has created more than 500 jobs from construction, and will employ approximately 250 workers for the new store.

​In addition IKEA has a San Antonio-area store planned in Live Oak, and a Fort Worth store to open, both opening in summer 2019.​
