HOUSTON – New York City-based WeWork is underway on its 56,000 sf office at 2700 Post Oak Blvd in the Galleria area.
WeWork’s office—expected to open fourth quarter 2017 (4Q 2017)—will occupy the 20th, 21st and 22nd floors of Galleria Tower I, a 490,152-sf office building.
A permit filed with the project listed the cost of the 20th floor buildout at $4.8 million.
WeWork’s first Houston location at 708 Main, an 82,236-sf historic downtown building, will also open 4Q 2017.
