TYLER – Whitehouse ISD broke ground on the Mozelle Brown Elementary School, an 80,000-sf campus located at 104 SH-110.
The project—expected to open August 2018—will have an operational capacity of 750 students, but will open with a target population of about 550.
The campus will replace the current aging campus in downtown Whitehouse, and serve students from Pre-K through fifth grade in southeast Tyler and north of the City of Whitehouse
