PROSPER – Windsong Ranch will be getting a five-acre Crystal Lagoon waterpark to help lure residents to the project.
Windsong Ranch is a 2,030-acre home community, located on US Hwy. 380 west of the Dallas North Tollway.
Construction of Crystal Lagoon waterpark will start winter 2017 and will be completed in early 2019.
The lagoon will have watersports including boarding, windsurfing, sailing, diving, kayaking and swimming.
