Denver REIT buys industrial property for sale-leaseback

​​​HOUSTON – Denver-based Industrial Property Trust has purchased a 133,480-sf distribution facility at 7350 Langfield Rd. T&L Distribution will lease back the entire property from IPT. JLL Capital Markets arranged the transaction.
