HOUSTON – MetroNational plans to open the apartment portion of the new Hotel ZaZa Memorial City in January 2018 at 5701 Main St.
The luxury apartment component—called The McCarthy—will feature 133 units across seven levels of the 17-story structure.
There will be studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans that include ten-foot ceilings and private balconies.
The apartments’ residential amenities will include:
- a private pool and cabanas;
- outdoor grill and entertainment areas; and
- fitness center with on-demand classes.
The apartments will sit atop the hotel ZaZa, and residents can also utilize hotel amenities.
