KATY – A speculative 673,785-sf distribution facility is underway within Parkside Capital’s West Ten Business Park.
Atlanta-based Oakmont Industrial Group is the owner.
The 42-acre facility—expected to deliver July 2018—will offer:
- 36-foot-high ceilings;
- 70-foot-deep loading bays;
- 56-foot-wide column spacing;
- ESFR sprinklers;
- LED warehouse lighting; and
- Up to 1000 parking spaces.
Waller County awarded Oakmont a two-year, 100 percent tax abatement, and the City of Katy met that abatement’s value.
