Lease loads Northport 35 to full occupancy

​​NORTHLAKE – reLogistics has leased a 60,408-sf industrial space at Northport 35 Business Center located at 4251 Dale Earnhardt Dr.

Situated on 60 acres, located east of I-35W and north of Texas 114, Northport 35 Business Center is a three-building, 945,000-sf industrial park.​

The company will occupy most of Building C, which contains approximately 83,886 sf.

In addition, reLogistics will utilize a 45-trailer storage lot.​

This lease brings the occupany of the industrial park to 100 percent.
