DALLAS – Construction has started on a mixed-use development at Harwood St. and Jackson St.
The development will include more than 800 parking spaces in a garage, ground-floor retail plus residential units.
The parking garage will be underground with about six floors of residential space on top.
There will be 140 condominiums for sale, which will sell starting at about $350 per sf.
In addition, the building is across the street from a planned park on Harwood.
