HOUSTON – Stratton Development and Construction is building six to eight warehouses at the southwest corner of Hardy Toll Rd. and FM 1960.
The buildings will vary from 15,000 to 50,000 sf. Construction should begin in first quarter 2018 with openings in the second quarter.
Stratton bought the 12-acre plot in August.
The Houston Planning Commission gave preliminary approval for the project last week.
