WAXAHACHIE – Daymark Living has started work on a 144,853-sf project for adults with learning differences and intellectual delays.
The property will have 28 cottages capable of housing 200 residents. It is scheduled to open in August 2018.
Merriman Anderson/Architects is designing the community.
