The project’s 89-unit Phase 1, which has been under construction since late 2014, is complete.

The apartment building is designed for an upscale, urban lifestyle, with rent starting around $1,200 for the smallest one-bedroom units, and around $1,650 for the larger two-bedroom, two-bath apartments, before community and parking fees.

Construction on the 76-units Phase 2 is expected to be finished by November 2017.
