CBRE: El Paso Industrial MarketView 3Q 2017

​EL PASO – ​​​​​​CBRE EL Paso released the Third Quarter 2017 Industrial MarketView report:

• The local market saw positive ne​t absorption, 2017 year-to-date net absorption ​surpassed​ the 2016 annual net absorption.

• The vacancy rate decreased 40 basis points (bps) quarter-over-quarter and decreased 120 bps year-over-year.

• The market asking rent increased by five cents per sf quarter-over-quarter.

• Following the start of the first speculative industrial development in the previous quarter, a new 89,000-sf speculative project began moving dirt in 3​Q 201​​​​7.​
