DALLAS – Cosmetics company Mary Kay has sold the 420,000-sf plant that has served as home to its global manufacturing operations for the past 40 years.
The plant on 1330 Regal Row will soon become the new corporate headquarters of Humanetics.
Humanetics will relocate to the Dallas plant by 2020.
In 2016 Mary Kay broke ground on a new $125 million, 470,000-sf facility in Lewisville that is under construction.
