Bye bye birdie: plan hatches in Greenville​

​​​​GREENVILLE – Brakebush Brothers Inc., a chicken processor that earned accolades as Wisconsin’s family business of the year, will build a 315,000-sf processing plant about 50 miles northeast of Dallas in Greenville.

The plant will bring 800 jobs in Greenville’s Park West industrial park. 

The company produced over 275 million pounds of products in 2016, and its sales grew more than 250 percent in the last five years.

Brakebush also operates a 142,000-sf facility in Irving.
