KILLEEN – Conn’s Home Plus struck a deal with Woodmont Co. to lease 45,000 sf at Wendland Plaza in Killeen.
The 192,322-sf Wendland Plaza, at 1101 S. Fort Hood St., is adjacent to the Fort Hood Military Base main housing community.
The center is 75 percent leased to tenants including Altitude Trampoline Park, Starbucks and UPS Store.
Wendland Plaza is the site of a former Kmart, which closed in March 2017.
